Speaker: Georgia State Senator Bill Cowsert
Bill Cowsert was elected to the Georgia State Senate from the 46th District in 2006. He represents the citizens of Oconee and portions of Clarke and Walton counties.
Senator Cowsert currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Judiciary and Reapportionment & Redistricting committees, and he is a member of the Appropriations, Assignments, Higher Education, and Natural Resources & the Environment committees. He also serves on the Special Joint Committee on Georgia Revenue Structures.
Senator Cowsert will offer his insights into what is in store for the Republican Party in Georgia and on the national stage in 2013 and beyond.
