On Saturday, February 18th, 2012, at 10:00am, the Clarke County Republican Party will convene Precinct Mass Meetings to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Clarke County Republican Party Convention
All Clarke County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of the Republican Party are urged to participate in the process.
Registration will open at 9:00am on February 18th, 2012 at the following location:

The Clarke County Republican Party Convention will convene at 10:00am on March 10th, 2012 at the Country Inn & Suites (236 Old Epps Bridge Road, Athens, GA 30606). The District Conventions will be electing three District Delegates and three District Alternate Delegates to the Republican Convention. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee of $30.00, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene at 2:00pm on Friday, May 18th, 2012 in Columbus, GA and will elect National Committeeman and a National Committeewoman, as well as thirty-one Delegates-at-Large and thirty-one Alternate Delegates-at-Large to the Republican National Convention to be held the week ofAugust 27th, 2012 in Tampa, FL. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
If Delegates or Alternates requests a waiver of the fee for inability to pay, that request will be considered and a determination made as to whether a waiver is in order.
