1. ADOPT:  Ordinance for Mount Vernon Place parking prohibition – West side from West Rutherford Street to West Cloverhurst Avenue 

2. APPROVE:  Homeless assistance grant application for the Continuum of Care Plan for the Human and Economic Development Department 

3. APPROVE:  FY12 Sidewalk Improvement Program – preliminary construction plan approval 

4. APPROVE:  SPLOST 2011 Program – Master implementation plan and schedule
