16. Request of Aaron Cirou for special use in RM-2, AZ2 (Mixed Density Residential, Airport Overlay) on
1.16 acres known as 951, 955, 959, and 903 Oconee Street and 264, 268, 272, 276, and 280
Georgia Drive. Proposed use is single-family dwellings. Type I Districts 4 and 9
Planning Commission recommendation: Approve w/conditions (7-1)
17. Request of Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County for rezoning from RS-8 (Single-Family
Residential) to RS-15 (Single-Family Residential) and G (Government) on 109 parcels located in
McNutt’s Creek Subdivision. No change in the current use is proposed. Type II Districts 7 and 10
Planning Commission recommendation: Approve (unanimous)
