Join the CCRC as it hears from news anchor and talk show host Tim Bryant of Athens’ own 1340 WGAU.

Tim began his radio career in Bainbridge Georgia in 1988, after completing a stint at the National Journalism Center in Washington DC. Subsequent stops on the dial include Augusta, Tallahassee, and Atlanta. Tim has also worked as a correspondent for ABC and the Associated Press, and provided commentary for the BBC and Radio New Zealand.
Tim talks with the people who make the news and cover the news in Athens and around the state. The Newsmaker Hour follows the 9 a.m. news each Tuesday through Friday, with occasional rebroadcasts on Sundays.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 10 November, at the CCRC Headquarters located at 445 North Milledge Avenue.
